Trying to make more ADRs on MDE and I'm getting a message that says credit card required for all of them, even Yak and Yeti!

When did that change?

Thanks!

a few months ago. you will be charged $10 pp if you don't cancel the ADR within 24 hours of the ADR.

Thank you. I had already made the ones that I knew required a CC ('Ohana, California Grill, etc.) I didn't realize that they all did now.

It's an attempt to get some control over the folks that make multiple ADRs for the same time slot because "we don't know where we'll be or what we'll want to eat". This way if you make several reservations and take one without cancelling you get charges. They have also been making routine sweeps of the reservation system looking for mutliple reservations.

It's not 24 hours according to Disney. It's by close of business the day before. Some events may have a different cancellation window so be sure you read everything.

It is now for ALL restaurants booked through the WDW restaurant reservation system. Regardless of where that restaurant is, or who owns it.

I totally understand why they made the change, but it makes me very hesitant to book anything other than our two "must-dos." Guess we'll just play the other days by ear and if we can't get an ADR we'll deal with CS!
