Well,

The Coral Reef has it served over pepper jack grits... I've wanted to try that one.

The House of Blues has catfish nuggets as an appitizer.

Those are the only two I can think of.

Good fried catfish is on the family-style menue for the Garden Grill at the Land, but I don't think it's open for a few months.
