Where ELSE do you vacation??

Beach here, too!

We actually just went to Beaches Negril for a week. We booked our next stay there before we left (they off a bounce back type deal).

For our 7, 4 & 3 year old girls it was perfect. The little girls loved the Sesame Street characters and the beach (7 mile beach) was the most beautiful beach I've ever been to. Our older 2 girls never wanted to leave the kids club, either.

The price was comparable to an equally long Disney vacation with flights for 5 and the dining plan.

We love Beaches Negril! We've there the last 2 years in May. Beautiful beach and the staff is amazing (especially in the XBox Lounge that I couldn't get my DS6 to leave!)

And we loved our DCL Eastern Caribbean cruise in Oct. My son loved the kids club and everything about the cruise.

We are take frequent weekends to Hershey and Lancaster, PA and to Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg.

No idea where our next vacation will be to. I really want to take the DCL European cruise out of Venice or the Southern Caribbean out of Puerto Rico. DS wants to go back to Beaches.

Well WDW is our only "big" vacation. Otherwise, we love the Oregon coast, Yellostone, and Silverwood! Obviously we're NW'ers. ;) We do make the drive to ABQ every few years (family) and lover to visit Mesa Verde.

Cape Cod - almost every year. Great family vacation!
Nashville -- also almost every year. We've done Grand Ole Opry, a city tour, the Zoo, Adventure Science Center, and of course the country music.
Lake Michigan, Grand Haven area
Cruises -- love these with kids -- to the Bahamas or the Caribbean

Our go to place beside Disneyland is San Diego. Only 6 hours away from us and such a huge difference traveling from the desert to the beach with the nice cool breezes. Every year we go at least once.

Other than that we've taken our kids on cruises, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Mexico.

Since you are looking for a winter destination, I think many of the previous suggestions would be way too cold.

Our favorites are St John (so beautiful & peaceful) and the Mayan Riviera. There are so many great resorts in the Mayan Riviera for kids. We've gone 4 times since my youngest was 6 months old and have stayed at Barcelo Mayan Palace, Occidental Grand Xcaret, Sandos Carocal, and Marina El Cid. All were great with kids and we had a blast too. Some of them may allow your 2 year old in the kids club, not quite sure on the ages. The kids clubs are generally pretty low key but my kids have always loved them and usually beg to go in. There are also lots of activities by the pools going on all day so the kids are never bored and a couple of the resorts had waterparks. We go to Disney at least once a year but I think planning a trip to Mexcio is so much easier. I just book the hotel airfare & then we go, no need to worry about dining reservations, crowd levels, park hours, etc.

I've had my older girls to NYC. We are looking into DC.
We've taken the entire group to Yellowstone as well as the Black Hills/Mt. Rushmore area.
