Where does the Backstage Magic tour end?

I assume it ends where it starts, at Epcot, but I can't find a recent review to make sure.

Also, I see that the park calendar only shows the BM tours going until July. Do they release dates slowly or does it shut down in Fall?

When we took it in October '13 after we left mk the guide said you could leave from there or ride the bus back to Epcot
