Where does one call to make dinning reservation?

Do you call the restaurants directly or is there a universal dinning number to call to book at their restaurants. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You should really call 407-224-9255.

They handle dining reservations for all UO owned/operated restaurants that take reservations.

You may make reservations up to 30 days in advance.

The dining line is open 365 days a year from 8am - 7pm.

How soon to make reservations for Mythos? Do you think it will be totally booked for Easter week? I've never been there but it sounds like one I should try. Where they are open limited hours, they might fill up quick?

I just read on the trip reports board that someone made a ressie for the new emeril's restaurant for september - so how does that work w. the 30 days rule? also, is there a special number for that place? finally, can anyone verify that when making ressies, you have to confirm it a day or two beforehand to keep it?

Emeril's is not a Universal restaurant so they can set their own dates for reservations. I would think that any restaurants in the resorts would be the same way but hopefully someone can confirm that.

I believe Emeril's takes ressies 90-120 days out. You have to confirm the day of the ressie or they will cancel it. I can't recall the cut-off time.
