It really depends if you are looking for a private rental or a hotel?

For rental direct from owners try www.vrbo.com and search under Kissimmee for condos, townhomes and villas. Another to try is www.homeaway.com where you can search slightly differently, firstly under the area and then under the individual house type etc.

I'm not so up on hotel sites but I'm sure someone will give you some sites to check

When I am looking for hotels/suites and even some townhouse/condos, I try hotelmartusa.com or hotelkingdom.com. I haven't used hotelkingdom.com to book anything yet but many people on this site have. I have used hotelmartusa.com three times and I have been happy with their service.

If I'm staying in a hotel for a night or two I like Hotwire. For our upcoming trip we're flying in really late (I think we arrive in Orlanda around midnight). I didn't want to try and find our rental home that late so we decided to stay in a hotel near Universal. I got the Sheraton Studio City for $60/night including all taxes. I never choose less than a 3* and have never been disappointed in anything I've gotten. Most of the time we get the Wyndham, Hilton, Sheraton or Hyatt.

Sometimes just surfing the net can get you a lot of info.
Also check out here---dreams unlimited. We found a Buena Vista Suites for $88 a night a year and a half ago. I see now it is $78 a night.
Nice hotel, very clean.

I bought my last vacation on seeanddo.com. We stayed at a hotel called Mystic Dunes Resort that was just outside of Disney.

I use www.alpharooms.com based about 40 miles from me in UK, others on here have used after I recommended them, we sometimes get better rates in UK but its a site that can be used from US just change to $'s. I have booked Coutyard by Marriott again for 25 nights in August. $50/night incl tax.
