Where does Disney send line-cutters?

At WDW I've only occasionally ever had folks want to pass me in the queue to "catch up with family", and I've never seen people actually hopping over railings or chains etc. I've been suspicious of the ones that say they want to catch up with their family, but ultimately I'm there to have a good time, so I don't need to chase that resentment down the rabbit hole. It's their karma, not mine! lol And it's not really going to add time to my wait. HOWEVER, I did get into a back and forth with a family once while waiting to be seated at Be Our Guest that had pushed their way into line while the CM wasn't looking. (This was well back before the current system set up for lunch.) You need to get on a ride thirty seconds quicker, by all means go ahead... but don't try to make me wait for my lunch!! lol

We saw a couple jump the chain at the Nemo ride in Epcot. Told the CMs at the beginning of the FP line but they did nothing and the FPs were not even checked at the second tap point. Told the CMs at the second tap point, they also did nothing.

It's funny because I just returned from a brief trip to Cedar Point over Memorial Day weekend. It appears line-jumping there is a far more significant issue, as I saw an absurd amount of warnings not just warning against line-jumping but also stating that anyone caught cutting in line will be ejected from the park. After speaking with a few of their employees, it became very clear that this is a significant issue there, and while it certainly does happen at Disney's parks, it seems to be far less frequent. There seemed to be a distinct different in the general etiquette of the guests at CP vs WDW, and that's not to say I didn't enjoy CP (an incredible park with service that, in my opinion, outdid Disney on a number of occasions, but there were certainly some visitors there who could've been politer. I have my theories on why those differences might be, but I'll just let others speculate.

Line jumping happens at DLR quite frequently. My daughter was in line to buy a drink and when she was next people behind her walked right around her and went up to order. I made sure the next group knew she was next in line. (I was off to the side, as the line was not accessible for an ECV.)

I've seen many line jumpers, but figured there really isn't anything I can do about it if the CM's allow it to happen. However, when we were in a long line waiting to get into Disneyland a couple of 20 something guys "joined" the party in front of us (two ladies and a child in a stroller). After several minutes one of the women caught my eye and asked me if the guys were with us. I said that I had thought they were with the ladies. At that point we informed the guys that the line was at the back. They just shrugged their shoulders and walked and cut into the middle of another line.
