I sure hope you're right, Dean. It certainly would be a shame if DVC was "above the rim" of the average families budget. Not that its very far below that now

LOL, I thought it passed that level about year 2. I have a friend who bought retail at $48 per point, unfortunately she's going through a tough time right now with Breast cancer.

BTW, I hope I'm right also since I plan to add on at both resorts if they happen.
