Me too.

We rarely go anywhere anymore as have a 3 and 5 years old make it difficult.

So we host a lot of house parties and get togethers

We are close to our neighbors and when the weather is good, which is most of the time, we pull our chairs out and sit on the driveway, collect some vitamin D, and talk.

My human interactions, outside of my husband and kids, is pretty much limited to text messages these days. And by days, I mean the last couple of years.

Another nowhere here. Our state is finally down in numbers again so I'm going back to church in person, so it'll probably start to be church again. I haven't even seen my friends in person indoors since the omicron surge started, so it's been a few months. Can't wait for another bit of normalcy. Hope it lasts this time!

I have met up a couple of times with a couple of friends for lunch or coffee recently now that things are opening up a bit more. Going snowshoeing with some work friends in a few weeks obviously outdoors. Besides that work standing apart with masks on.

on the patio , in a arizonia room setting, playing cards. 90% of the folks in my community of playing cards have zero social skills so eventually ends with politics and border issues. They just don't know how to have a civil conversation.

been spedning my mondays with a Candian neighbor who does not play cards, we go to casino and eat a 5.00 skillet that anywhere else is 15.00 or more. then we play side by side slot machine that will never pay out but on a dime a spin can last a long time and create some fun energy We talk non stop on the 40 min round trip, I am able to generate a conversation as he is a retired wheat farmer who never left. so great conversatins.

I had two walking partners who went to see their families over christmas, great conversatins....they did not return.

This, exactly. During the height of the Covid restrictions we were only permitted to get together outside. We did a lot of porch-dropping and drive-bys. We even went to a drive-by wedding last spring.
