Where do you like to eat breakfast?

I'll just echo most above- enjoyed Flo's for breakfast in the past. Just tried Riverbelle two weeks ago and really liked that too. Their cinnamon roll french toast was delicious and my kids loved their mickey pancakes too.

Another vote for cinnamon roll French toast! I like to get a pastry at la brea too

On a commando-touring morning, outside the parks and as early as possible.

On a leisurely morning, pancakes in Disneyland sitting outside at River Belle Terrace with a view of the Rivers of America. In fact, I have stopped a couple of commando mornings in their tracks for this!

My Commando morning always includes a breakfast stop, about 90 minutes or so after Early Entry starts. Usually coffee from Market House, pastries at Jolly Holiday.

For quick bites, we like Jolly Holiday in DL, or Starbucks in DCA (cinnamon roll!). We also let our boys have a gingerbread cookie and chocolate milk for breakfast last year at Christmas! :thumbsup2 Figured, why not we are on vacation! LOL. In DTD, we enjoy the fresh beignets from Jazz Kitchen express. So yummy!

For sit down, we like Carnation. Eggs benedict! Yum! (and we love Oscar too!)

Our new favorite stop for breakfast is the DTD Starbucks. We did that two mornings on our September trip when the park opened at 10am. We left our hotel on Harbor around 7am (we're early risers) and walked over to DTD. They hadn't opened up the security checkpoints yet so it was fun to walk across the deserted Plaza. We picked up coffee and pastries at Starbucks, sat at a table outside and people watched for about an hour and a half. Very peaceful and relaxing way to start the day. Because that Starbucks is a corporate owned store, we were able to redeem rewards for some free drinks.

Aloha,

If you are staying on property and are a RD entering into the parks at 7 AM, what are the BF options at DLR prior to 6:30 AM?

The breakfast burrito at Jazz Kitchen Express is one of my favorite breakfasts! Other than that we usually either eat something in our room that we brought or grab a pastry at Starbucks. We prefer to eat a light breakfast and then snack a bit later!

We also split some Mark Twains and/or Steamboats at River Belle Terrace. We love that we can hit the rides hard at opening and then grab a fastpass and relax at breakfast. Our girls are recently 7 and 9 and we either share 3 meals for our family of 4 - or split 2 meals and a cinnamon roll!!

:thumbsup2 We usually get 1 Steamboat, one Mark Twain and a Mickey Mouse for the 5 of us. Looks like we need to try the cinnamon roll too!

My family usually has breakfast at home or off property. If we are running behind we have beignets from Ralph Brennan's Express. I don't think anyone mentioned this option but it is a nice place and the breakfast is surprisingly good: Rainforest Cafe! (I haven't had their lunch/dinner items since I was a child) We ate there in Aug 2013 for breakfast and the place was deserted. Maybe 3-4 other families on the first floor. It was neat as you felt the ambiance of the restaurant without it being packed, like it usually is for lunch/dinner.
I ordered the Tonga toast (thinking it would be like the one in WDW (never been but have read it was delicious!)) it was a bit of a let down as I was looking forward to WDW version but it was delicious dish non the less. The breakfast is affordable for disney standards, plus it's a pretty cool restaurant, especially for children! The menu is kinda small though. Others in my group ordered an omlette, oatmeal combo and waffle combo.

There is a coupon for their breakfast:
http://anaheimoc.org/coupon/5-off-or-free-appetizer-rainforest-cafe
Browse that site as there are other downtown disney coupons available such as La Brea Bakery. These are helpful if you do not have any other discounts :).

One of our top favs is Steakhouse 55 for breakfast!! My fav? I get the Two Times Four... 2 eggs (scrambled for me), 2 bacon, 2 sausage, and 2 french toast (and I add the bananas faster, you can get toast, a bagel, or pancakes in place of french toast.)

Next fav is Carnation Cafe (Oscar's Choice.)

After that, I prefer Tortilla Jo's Taquiria.

And I do like Flo's also.

We love to have an English muffin in the room. If we are eating out we love Crystal Palace with an ADR for before rope drop. I love to walk down Main St before it's crowded with people.

Sorry, I'm working off my iPad and forgot to read where the post started. Sorry about that... Oy vey.

We recently discovered the breakfast burritos at Tomorrowland Terrace. Really good and the perfect size for sharing.

One of these days I'd like to try breakfast at Earl, it's just not super convenient.

I like Earl of Sandwich for breakfast sandwiches or just regular sandwiches.

I also had the cinnamon roll french toast at River Belle Terrace and it was YUMMY!
