Where do you get your Junior size dd's their jeans?

Where did you get them? I have an issue getting my 12 year old Jeans- she like the skinny and super skinny jeans but the only place I can find them that fit her is Justice- and Justice is NOT cool for a 12 year old LOL. We foudn a pair in Macys that fit but it was -as my daughter put it- "OMG I can't wear these they are bedazzled". She takes a size 10 and all the pants at Aero are way to large for her- she wants Jeans from Aero, Hollister, Abercrobie etc but can't get any that are not to big!

My DD is also 12 yrs old and wears a size 10. We just went shopping for jeans this weekend. We tried Delia's and Aero, but even the 0 was way too big. She ended up getting a pair of skinny jeans from Abercrombie (kids) and another pair from 77 Kids.

Bob's Stores - just picked up DD her first pair of junior jeans. She's 12, tall, and has no meat on her whatsoever….so jeans have been tough. Top that off with not wanting to be at Aero with her mother, well then she gets what I bring home.

We're another family of Miss Me buyers. DD20 has been only wearing Hollister and AE but once she put on the Miss Me jeans, it was over. She loves those things and even though they are pricey, you can get them on sale to save some money. We buy them at Buckle (online too-they have sales there). They also have Rock Revival which tend to run closer to $200 than the Miss Me jeans do but they still fit her great. DD is also one of the petite but curvy girls (she's got lotsa back!) so finding something that didn't make her look like a plumber was important. :rolleyes1

I just wanted to come back and update this thread with our success.

So first - stopped at Lord & Taylor and tried on a number of jeans - all a no go for DD (she is almost 11, and curvy and athletic/muscular build but she really has some belly fat and a thicker waist. And she's very long-waisted - such a fit challenge).

DD suggested JC Penney - I have no idea why - we rarely go to the mall and I probably hadn't been in a JCP since my kids were babies. Anyway - we were able to get her 4 pairs of Arizona jeans. Success! And they're pretty cute jeans.

The only thing that bothered me - she needed 14+! That seemed crazy to me, but I am trying not to focus on the number. Luckily, DD is fairly oblivious to that type of thing so far and doesn't seem to have the stress over the size number like most of us adults do. I tell her all that matters is that she finds things that fit her.

Best part - we got her 4 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts, and some underwear - for $102! I was ready to go spend $80 for 1 pair of designer jeans if that's what it took. (And I supported the ANTI-million moms movement at the same time!)

Both my dds have worn Arizona jeans. Don't stress about the plus size thing. Their different styles can run considerably different size-wise. My younger dd takes a slim in some styles and a regular in others. She needs a size up for some of their skinny jeans. She takes a slim in most other brands.

The prices are good and they hold up well.

These days even a little bit of belly and thigh make it hard to find girls jeans. DD10 has a little- she could not fit into most size 12 jeans. Usually it is the thigh that is cut too narrow. But plus size were huge on her. We found success at Kohl's with the basic SO jeans. With those she could wear a regular.

I convinced DD13 to go to the consignment with me Saturday as I had seen a pair of Silver jeans in her size. She didn't want to go but the result was "they look awesome on me"! Yay! I expect that new Silver jeans have a lower rise, but the older ones we are finding fit good.

Glad you found some for your dd, we had some success too!
We ended up with a couple pair of skinny jeans from Old Navy, she did have to get some belts because they gap a little at the waist but they fit her great through the legs, hips and behind and they come up far enough in the back for dh's approval
We tried Gap, but OMG the front of the are soooo low  She did try the Boyfriend jean on and it fit her perfect, but she didn't like the ankle part because it was "felt weird"
Next stop this week is Macy's to try on Miss Me's and bathing suits. We tried a few on at Aero and the tops were cute, the bottom part was way too skimpy for her comfort level, and mine

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions :)
