Where do you get taxis?

I am going to be staying off property because my husband is going to a conference there. He won't have a car and neither will I so I am going to be taking the shuttle from the hotel in the morning, but not in the evening. Are taxi's readily available anywhere at the theme parks? I have never seen them, but also have never really looked for them.

Taxis should be found not far from the front entrance (but not in the tram and bus loading areas) except for Magic Kingdom where you need to take the monorail or ferry to the parking lot concourse (TTC).

From Magic Kingdom you might want to consider taking a bus to a resort in the general direction of where you are going and then get a taxi. For example All Star Sports for points west on 192 or Pop Century or Caribbean Beach for Osceola Parkway and 192 east.
