Where do you cancel ADRs at FTW?

Do I have to go to the Outpost since that's the "front desk"? Can I cancel in person at Trails' End? It would be lots easier to do that then go all of the way to the Outpost. My ideal plan would be to have a phone number, that isn't WDW-DINE, to call if I need to cancel. Is there such a thing?

I think you can use the house phone at the comfort station.
