Where do we get water?

If I understood correctly someone said that their water was going to arrive before they did. Disney hotels do not mind holding your water till you arrive?

I ordered from garden grocer last week for next week. It will arrive about the same time frame as we get there. The delivery charge is $12.00 We also ordered fresh fruit and a Styrofoam Cooler so we can chill the water. Also ordered cereal, snackes, etc. Don't wait to long to order if you do. Some of the dates get booked up for deliveries. Never done this before. Never knew you could order from any place either. If you don't see the item on the list at garden grocer then just type it in at the box in the upper left side. Otherwise you can call. They are very nice!

We've ordered from both Staples and Costco. Costco does not charge a shipping fee and you do not have to be a member to buy it from them. We ordered online and had it shipped to our hotel a few days before we arrived. It worked out great both times.

Just wondering why you have it delivered a few days before you arrive instead of when you're arriving?

I was wondering the same thing myself. How do you make arrangements with the resort to accept delivery of your package in advance of your arrival?

I'm assuming because she wanted to insure that it was there on the day of arrival. I'm not sure where exactly they store these packages, (probably in some back room behind the front desk?), but mine magically appeared when we walked into our room on day 1.

You don't have to make arrangements with the resort. All you have to do is on the order form, Costco for instance, has a place where the package is going. On that line, you state the day of your arrival and the resort. It'll either be in your room, or you can call down for it. Very easy!

When you order to be delivered early, you need to have your name, arrival date, and ressie number on your groceries. The hotel will except it and hold it at bell services. Cold groceries will be kept in a fridge. It is not recommended to have things arrive to early, as it increases the chance of things becoming lost.

ETA: You can ask for them when checking in, also. I think they are not too hard for them to get while you wait.

We get FREE cups of ice water at the CSs. The price is perfect. When I am hot and the water is cold, I don't mind the taste. Besides, it tastes better than our water at home.
