Where do we dock: St Maarten/St Thomas?

Since this is our first cruise and I'm looking at excursions for the islands, can anyone tell me where the ship docks at each island?

Phillipsburg in St Maarten and Charlotte Amalie in St Thomas (Think I spelled it right)

The Great Bay Port, at the edge of Great Bay, near Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch St. Maarten.

And the West India Company Dock at Havensight (about three miles from Charlotte Amalie, but on the Charlotte Amalie Harbor).
