where do people fill out the docs if not done beforehand?

Please tell me they dont hold up the entire line!
Is there a sign saying to have everything filled out before getting into line?

They a few stations around- Tables with extra forms etc.... where you can stand and fill things out. It's almost like being at the bank.....or WDW resort check in. You wait for the next available person. Believe me, from the looks of the lines, there is plenty of time to fill them out there too............

I usually have mine ready to go the night I get the docs (no sense putting it off!). When you take the DCL buses, the Cast Member who herds you on to the bus goes over the docs with you and "suggests" that you fill them out during the bus trip, so that you're ready to go when you get to the port.
