Where do I write to request WDW recipe

I apologize if this has been covered, but I am search-challenged...never seem to fill the search question correctly....but does anyone know where I would send an e-mail requesting a recipe?

While attending Chef Mickey's in December, I had a dessert bar that was something I haven't had since I was a small child. The chef said that it was called a "Railroad Bar", but that he didn't know the recipe. Thought maybe I would send an e-mail, or even snail mail, to see if someone there would be able to give me an answer.

Thanks, Princesstimes2...I did exactly as you suggested. I really hope they send me the recipe. My Mom worked when I was small, and every once in a while she would stop at a small, local bakery and bring these bars home as a treat. Well, that bakery is long gone, and I have been looking for these bars for more years than I care to think about. I just about died and went to heaven when I saw them on the dessert area at Chef Mickey's!

While I imagine that it will take awhile to get a response (which I will only assume will be a positive response!), I will certainly post the recipe here.

I saw her name and address on this board a while back, so I asked her for a Tusker House recipe. She had the secretary for the area e-mail me back with the recipe I wanted. It didn't take too long.

It was for the peanut crusted chicken, rice and green beans. I posted the recipe when I got it and I just went back to see if the post was here, but I guess it was too long ago.

I don't have the recipe with me, I'm at work right now. I will be glad to post it this evening.

I haven't tried it yet. It calls for some special hot sauce that you can only get by mail order, so I'm trying to decide what I can substitute for it.
