OK, before the flames start blowing, le me preface this with the fact that I have spent a lot of time and money at Disney properties in my 33 years. The reason I continue to do so is taht the service is alwayys impecable...as it is said-you get what you pay for. That being said, my most recent trip to Disney was less than my expectations. We felt we received a more "Universal" type experience than a "Disney" type experience. I would like to let somebody in their corporate offices know about this (in a professional manner). Could somebody please dirct me to an appropriate address/person?
