Where do I upgrade PH to AP?

Another question-I bought my PH at The Disney Store, will they "exchange it" for an AP voucher?

To any Guest Relations window at the four major parks or to either of the two Guest Relations offices at DTD.

I have never had an annual pass, but have been reading about them because I think we will get them on our September trip next year.

According to this website, it doesn't look like you can exchange it, but read through the info yourself (I just skimmed through).

Yes, you can exchange (upgrade) your PH to an AP at any guest services window at the parks or DD (I believe).
You cannot do it at a Disney Store.

If you are asking if TDS will exchange that unused PH towards getting an AP voucher instead, the answer is no. TDS has no way to verify that the ticket is unused.

You can do the transaction you desire at a WDW Guest Relations but you will not get a voucher. You will get an active AP.
