Hi Guys,
Can I get your opinions on my plan so far. I thought I had it worked out but now i'm not so sure
We will be arriving at MCO at approx 9:15pm on the 7th of Aug and Leaving by 8:30am on the 13th of Aug. So arrival and departure days are not relevant.
It will be just myself and my sister (who is not a fan of adventure rides or rollercoasters, or pretty much anything I think is fun
) So I will maximise my use of the FP+ but if we miss out on a ride or 2 it's not a big deal. We just want to cover as much of each park as we can and still fit in DTD, La Nouba, DisneyQuest, etc. Here's what i've been thinking so far.
Fri 8th - MK (8:05pm BOG ADR's already booked)
Sat 9th - Epcot (7:50pm Rose and Crown ADR's booked. Fingers crossed for a front patio seat for Illuminations. If anyone has tips on getting the front Patio i would appreciate that too
)
Sun 10th - AK. Had planned to do a half day here and half day at downtown/DisneyQuest9pm La Nouba, but i've been reading up on AK and like the look of the Wild Africa trek. It's a bit on the exp. side but I could probably find the $$ in our budget if i need too. Would anyone recommend it?
Mon 11th - HS
Tue 12th - MK 2nd day. We figure that this is going to be the biggest and busiest park so it warrants a 2 day visit. Also For my non adventure ride sister I thought she would get the most out of this park with all the classic low/no thrill rides
We don't plan on doing an more ADR's because we're not big eaters. A couple of CS meals for my sister and pre-prepared snacks for my self (food allergies
) will get us through the day. Also we're not pool people so the waterparks are off the list and we probably wont be bothered with the hotel pools (But it is aug in Florida so you never know
)
Would you change the La Nouba day or the half day at AK for a different park or is there anything that would streamline our experience? We are so used to DL and being able too walk between the 2 parks and DTD. I think we're going to struggle with DTD being away from everything
Also if it makes any difference we are staying at WL and wont have a car.
As always your opinions are greatly appreciated
