Where do I donate points to charity?

I know this has been listed before, but I can't find it with the search. There is a children's charity that accepts DVC points. What is that charity?

In all seriousness, though, I think that's wonderful that you're donating some of your points! I'm constantly reminded why I wanted so badly to join the DVC community!!!
