Hello!!!
I am a 5th year DVC member who has both rented and transferred points to others multiple times over the last several years.
I have up to 109 points for rent. I am charging only $19 a point. The points are Dec 2025 points. My home resort is the Animal Kingdom Lodge. As such, I can book a reservation at AKL up to 11 months from the date you are seeing this post or all other resorts up to 7 months from the date you are seeing this.

NO Personal Information is allowed in posts responding to this post. When we get to the point where personal information needs to be exchanged, we will all follow the rules and use the PM System.
NB: It is super highly unlikely that there will be any availability for any Boardwalk Villa Standard views or Value and Club Rooms at Animal Kingdom Lodge. And as stated above, I don't want to use up my direct points this year so I wont make reservations at Riveria, Disneyland Tower or the Cabins at Fort Wilderness.
Payment:
Payment is due in full after I send you a confirmed reservation. There are no refunds unless I receive the points back from DVC and they do not go into holding. I accept either Venmo, Paypal, or cashier’s check. If you would like to use Paypal or Venmo then you are responsible for covering any and all fees associated with the transaction. I will also provide a contract for the rental as well.
