My parents are staying joining us fofr 3 nights. So I really want to chose resturants that will capture the WDW experience and be a real blast for my kids (they will almost three by then). What 2 table service meals would you chose? Thanks
My mom had a blast wherever she went. She loved just watching the kids enjoy everything. She was qutie shocked when Mickey gave her a hug and indicated just she and him have a picture together. And she waved her napkin just like the kids.
I will scheudle whatever would be good for the kids.
We are going in Jan and have done the same thing with my ILs. I did warn my FIL that he may need to wave a napkin at least once
we took my then 83 year old MIL to Disney with the whole family.......4 generations at that time.......we took here to Crystal Palace, she loved it ....She also loved Biergarten and the entertainment. Chef Mickeys would make your whole family smile......Because of the kiddos ages .....the buffets are good because they dont need to wait for their meals and the characters are around the rooms......have a great time with it all....
My parents go to Disney every January. Their favorites include Primetime (Dad has been made to stand in the corner - no one likes a tattletale ), Crystal Palace - Mom's favorite, Biergarten and B&C
They took my niece around that age to H&V for the character lunch and everyone had a great time (not my favorite location, but with the characters they had fun)
Hoop De Doo Review or Mickey's Bar b Que - both at Fort Wilderness. The stables where all the Disney horses are kept is right there so arrive early to have a look around.
When we took my inlaws for their 50th anniversary they really enjoyed Ohanas breakfast. As a matter of fact our whole group of 7 LOVED it starting with the youngest who was 6 up to the oldest who was 72 years old!!! They also liked Coral Reef and Cindy's Table too!!!
Our 3 year old and her grandparents loved Biergarten. DD loved getting out on the dance floor while the band was playing and the grandparents loved watching her.
Speaking as a grandparent who goes to WDW every Christmas with my married daughter and her three boys, I can tell you that grandparents enjoy eating any place the kids are having fun. One of their favorite places is the Crystal Palace at MK and DW and I love having our picture taken with Pooh and friends. Ohana was a lot of fun for the whole family also. Probably our number 1 choice is Boma at AKL. We all love the food and the look of the restaurant. The service is always great and the lodge with all its animals is a fun place to spend some family time together.
