I forgot to mention earlier that we decorated our stroller with lime green ribbons hanging from both sides of the handle. This was a great tip from the DIS boards because there were many strollers just like ours. I had also expected other DISers to come up and talk to us, but none did.
So with lunch over, we stroll on over towards Adventure Land. We are held up by Timon and Rafiki. Knucklehead got him some more autographs. We all got Fast Passes for Jungle Cruise and then watched/helped Knucklehead drive a remote control boat at Shrunken Ned's Junior Jungle Boats. We went to ride Pirates and the line was too long. Where did all these people come from? I guess everyone figured out it wasn't going to rain anymore. We walked back towards the Magic Carpets of Aladdin ride when Knucklehead spotted the drums/totems that shoot water. We let him play thinking he wouldn't get that wet. We're so naive.
I'm willing to buy him a new shirt so we can stay, but DW thinks it's time we should leave. We walk down Main Street towards exit, when I come up with a great idea. I'll run out to the Suburban, since it was so close, and get the change of clothes we left in it. While I was hustling out to the parking lot, they could all ride the Train all the way around MK. It worked. They were waving and yelling to me as I walked back through the front gate.
We changed Knucklehead and headed back over to use our Fast Passes at the Jungle Cruise. This ride is why they made Fast Passes. I couldn't imagine waiting in line 30 minutes to ride it. But it's still fun. Knucklehead loves the corny jokes.
The line at the Pirates was gone, so we did that. It's funny how people move around the parks in packs even when it's not busy. After the ride we allowed Knucklehead to spend ten of his Disney Dollars. Mistake. He looked at everything in the shop twice before deciding on a rubber dagger with a Pirate's sheath. Oh well. We told him he could have anything he wanted under $10.
With that ordeal over, we decide it's time to go back to the resort and get something to eat.
We rode the Monorail back to the parking lot in the front car. Knucklehead received his Co-pilot's license. He was so proud.

We arrive back at the POFQ and walk through the food court looking for something appealing for DW and Knucklehead to eat. I'll eat anything. It was futile. Back in the room I called over to Boatwrights and got a PS for 8:00. We had thirty minutes to get ready and get over there.
We just made it.
We had the best waiter of the trip so far. Knucklehead is one of the only 5 yo that does not like french fries. Which is ironic considering we dressed him up as McDonalds french fries for his first Haloween. So the waiter, Ray, asked him what he would like instead of fries with his hot dog, and DS says "Pineapple." I have no idea where that came from. I asked Ray to just bring an apple or some other fruit if he didn't have any pineapple. Well, not only did he bring Knucklehead a plate full of fresh pineapple, he also brought him a Granny Smith (Knucklehead's favorite) and a red apple.
I sat there thinking, "Who are these people who keep posting that Disney was losing its 'Magic'? They must be jaded."
I had the Jumbalaya and DW had the Prime Rib. Both were delicious. Bo Bo had his pacifier and slept through supper in my lap.
We finished dinner just in time to catch our Horse and Carriage. It was a pleasant way to finish the night. We rode all around the POR and over to POFQ and then back beside the River.
We wound up in Fulton's Gift Shop where we picked up our lanyards and pins. I was not expecting to have bright red lanyards that said AAA Vacations all over them, but the pins were cute, Mickey and Pluto driving a red convertible.
We also had to buy some infant cough medicine for Bo Bo. Did I mention he wasn't feeling well?
