Where did the room discounts for fall go on WDW site ?

I just went to check for available rooms with the % off for fall and now the fall discounts are no longer on the WDW site only the free dining and military discounts ??? That is Odd ?

I just saw the fall discount listed in the special offers. It's no longer showing on the main page for me like it was earlier. I also noticed some room categories are available for my dates that weren't showing up before.

About these room only discounts. I'm bracing myself for the possibility that the free dining promo won't be available in Feb. If a room only discount were available instead, I'm wondering how exactly that works. Does that mean you have to literally book the room separately from the tickets and therefore can't get the dining plan at all? Or are you able to buy a package but apply the discount to only the room portion?

Room only discount means you can get a discount on the room without having to purchase a package with tickets included. You can choose to add tickets and dining and make it a package if you want, it's just not required to get the discount. The discount would only be on the room portion of the package though.
