Where can I see my hotel reservation booked through DCL?

I decided to book the night before a cruise through DCL at Hilton FL, partially to get the cruise transfers to the ship. At any rate, I can see the transfers in my DCL reservation, but I don't see the hotel reservation. Should it show up somewhere either in the App or on the website under my reservation? I just booked it today and maybe there's a delay? I also don't have an email about it, but again, I just booked it. It is showing up in my pending charges on my credit card.

I don’t think you’ll see it in the DCL app, and to link it to MDE you’ll need to get the WDW reservation number (which is different than the cruise confirmation). Unfortunately the 2 systems do not “talk” to each other.

My hotel stay only ever showed up in the “Bibbidi bobbidi booked” emails, not in the app. It was under “Pre and Post Cruise Stay,” right before the Cruise Itinerary details.

If you haven’t gotten the email after a few hours (sorry; not sure exactly how long to wait; we used a TA who then forwarded the updated booking emails) then a call to DCL may be warranted.

You should get a bibbidi bobbidi booked email listing it under pre/post cruise stay

You don't have to book the hotel through DCL in order to use their transfers so you may want to look into booking directly through Hilton. You will likely get a better rate and if you are a Hilton Honors member it will guarantee your benefits.

I was just coming here to say the same thing. The cost through DCL was very high for the Hilton Marina but I was able to book with my Chase points for the pre-night stay. I will call DCL and add transfers from there to the port.

Yes! I actually just booked the Hilton for our cruise next year and the HH rate going direct was so great right now (only $220 including breakfast for our dates)! Out of curiosity what do you mind sharing what you were quoted through DCL? I didn't even have my TA check through them.

It was approximately $460. I looked at the Hilton website for the same night and it's only about $20/ less for the night for the cheapest option that is refundable. I'll probably check it again every few weeks to see if I can get it cheaper.
