I have a daughter that is crazy for orange bird. We just got back from a Christmas trip so we won’t be back for a couple of years. She’s seen all of the orange bird things that are available at the F&G Festival and would love the ears. Does anyone know if the orange bird stuff will be available on line?

I dont know about orange bird merchandise specifically but i called Disney Merchandise guest services last year after my trip because i wanted a specific piece of art that I decided i wanted after the fact and gave them the name of the artist and they found what i wanted and shipped it to me, so you can call them, describe what you want and maybe they can help you out, the number is 877-560-6477 or i think you can email them Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com

I know with F&W, they have things on shopDisney - will they appear for F&G do you think? I want the orange bird glass

The good news is that yes, there are some items on Shop Disney as of yesterday when I checked.

The bad news; it appeared that by last night, the Orange Bird ears were sold out online.

I bought a pair yesterday morning, and when I checked later in the day (and today also) they don't have them listed anymore. I wasn't taking the chance that they wouldn't have them in May when I get there. I've traipsed around the parks and shops many times to find specific ears and it's not fun.

When something "hot" comes out I always check ebay to see how much those sellers are charging.... I saw some Orange Bird ears selling for $60! I know Disney cracked down on sellers in Disneyland, but with the sheer amount of ears on ebay yesterday, combined with the note on the Orange Bird ears page when I bought them yesterday: "limit 10 per person" I can't imagine how many people are still buying at a discount and reselling. It's frustrating.

And DFB showed the line for the Orange Bird sippy at F&G yesterday and it was LLLOOONNNGGG. I hope they are limiting purchases for them too, as that got out of control quickly last year. I got one last May, after the first wave of sell outs, so there's always the possibility/hope for them restocking later in the festival this year too.

I don't know if the OP is interested in this, but if you do a little online searching, you can find "Disney shoppers" who live locally and will go to the parks and buy the items(s) you want and send them to you. They charge for shipping, of course, as anyone would do, and a little extra for their time. I used the services of someone like that once when my daughter absolutely had to have a particular piece of jewelry. It will cost you more than you would have paid in the park, but nowhere near the inflated Ebay prices of some items.

I know you're trying to help, however the "personal shoppers" and resellers are exactly who Disney (in CA) had been cracking down on, by revoking AP's, because they violate their AP terms. It's illegal to resell Disney merch and part of why it's so hard for the rest of us to get certain items; because these resellers exist in the first place. https://www.wdwinfo.com/news-storie...-personal-shoppers-and-merchandise-resellers/

The problem is even trickling into the Disney Character Warehouse outlets, where resellers are lining up before store opening and scooping up everything of "value" to where the regular shoppers can't even buy a discounted item. There's a thread in the Orlando attractions area with first hand experience of how out of hand the reseller stuff has gotten in the outlets.

I'm certainly not trying to pick at you and know you're trying to help the OP. I'm not sure how many people are aware of how bad the problem is, or how/why it exists in the first place. Last year people trying to get Orange Bird sippy cups couldn't because lots of resellers were grabbing them at festival open and reselling on ebay....some for LOTS of money. Most people just want one souvenir but the resellers and personal shoppers make that very difficult when they can purchase -sometimes an unlimited amount- of hot selling items.

You're right, I didn't realize it was such an issue and that it was abused so much. It worked well for me, as I only asked for and received one item. But, If it shouldn't be done, then I officially retract my advice.

I don't remember seeing the glass online. They did have the Orange Bird pitcher, the men's shirt, spirit jersey, leggings from what I remember.

This has been the case forever. I just gave up on hard ticket parties and getting any even merch anymore in person because it’s ALWAYS gone. I stopped buying Vinylmations a few years before they quit making them because Disney was stoking the fires of this practice by releasing so many vinyls that were only gotten in person at the parks. That REALLY ticked a lot of people off. I have mixed feelings because sometimes, I want stuff when I can’t get there but every few years, but it simply ruins things for people there. 😢

Sine the outlet malls where they typically dump unsold merch are closed, I am hoping they will release more stock online, especially if the parks remain closed through the bulk of the festival. I love Orange Bird too, and was looking forward to the passholder magnet . . .

There are some orange bird items from the festival on Shop Disney. Today, the Orange Bird Pitcher appeared. I check every day for new items. There is no reason to send the merchandise to the outlets when there are people out there who want the merchandise at full price and can order online.

I was also wondering about the supply chain for the Orange Bird ears. On mine, the tag says "made in China". I don't know if that would affect availability down the road, if they were to try to bring them back online.

I'm looking for the glass, too! Just ordered the pitcher online today. :)
I was able to get a friend who went get one for me. We haven't been able to connect yet but will soon. We work for the same hospital system - she is just in a different location
