Where can I get info. on WDW restaurant serving times?

I am trying to figure out what times to make our ADR's for but a lot of restaurants to not list the serving times for various meals. For example breakfast 8-11 am lunch 11-3 and dinner 4-10 pm. Makes it hard to be pre-pared for when you call. If anyone know please share.

It's hard because it varies by season and such. Last year, earliest I could get for lunch in May was 12pm (they didn't open before then). This May, they offered me 11am. Best bet is to call Disney Dining.
