They are just about everywhere! Another good site to check out is pennycollector.com. It lists the WDW spots as well as just about everywhere else. Have a happy squishin' mission!
We have collected pressed pennies in the past. In addition to taking the list of locations, I highly suggest that you bring a large supply of quarters specifically for the machines (quarters are not hard to get, but when you find the machine, it's a pain to have to run and get change) and the nice shiny new pennies from home (these can be hard to come by in WDW.) I kept my change in an old medicine bottle (one of those mini m&m tubes will work too) and I'd put in 2 quarters then a penny, 2 quarters then a penny, etc...that way when you find the machines you're not wasting tons of time fumbling for the right coins. Once the penny was pressed, we'd put it right into our pressed penny book. They're about $6 or $7, but well worth it. They keep the pennies nice and shiny because you don't have to keep getting fingerprints all over them. Plus it displays your collection well. You can find those at most of the gift shops near the autograph books. I know that this isn't what your question was about, but I just thought I'd offer this extra advice. Hope you don't mind.
Have fun collecting your pennies.
Pressed pennies is one of my mom's favortie things to do, she alwasy saved the real shiny ones before we used to go. She probabaly knows them all.... haha
