Months ago, I had downloaded a point manager for my DVC points. It was great, and really helped me keep track of the points.

Well, since my office was in the WTC and was destroyed, my only copy (on my hard drive) is also gone!!! And I can't find the post !!!

Can someone help me with a link to the post with the program - or the location - I know it's somewhere easy to find, but just can't seem to find it!

Duh! Next time, I'll back up my files (repeat 50 times);)

Ooooh! Oooh! This DVC newbie wants one o' these!!

This is SO cool! I can't wait to play with it!!

Thank You DVCDave - I'm a happy boy!!!

Yippee!

After you went through LIDisney Fan, I am glad to have made a little happiness in your life.

Thank DMFredreick though, he wrote the program, I just helped him with the point charts for the 2003 DVC resorts. I understand you wanting the program, it is the best ! We are very fortunate to have such talent on these boards, and willing to share it !

I have successfully installed this program before but now when I try and plan a vacation I get "the file MSFLXGRD.OCX needs to be copied into the same folder with this program for it to work" It is in the same folder!!!

Dave. This is a great tool! Thanks for putting this together.

Are you working on any enhancements for a future version?

I didn't write the program; DMFredrick wrote it, I only helped him with the point charts for 2003. Its a big task to write those things, so we split the job. He is the husband of a member of this board.

As far as TERIBELLE's problem, I remember this problem occurring before, but I forgot what the solution is. Give me some time, and I'll remember.

Hi all-
I have a solution to the problem. Its a bit technical, so if anyone needs more help, feel free to email me at DMFredrick@excite.com.

Here goes:

In order to get the VacationPlanner screen running properly, you need to find the program "REGSVR32.EXE". Microsoft puts it on all computers, but sometimes its in a different place. You can use the START->FIND->Files command to locate it.

Then we need to type in the following (use whatever folder you found your copy of REGSVR32 in above):
"C:\windows\system\regsvr32 C:\DVCManager\msflxgrd.ocx"
You can do this by going to the START->RUN command and typing it in.

This only needs to be done once, and then it will remember by itself from then on. I'm looking into a new way to do this automatically, since Microsoft seems to be moving things around with their new operating systems..... ;)

If you need more help, please let me know and I'll step you through it!
