Where can I find Max?

I'm planning on dressing up as Roxanne from the Goofy Movie one trip since it's pretty much normal clothing and I'd LOOVE to find Max to take a picture with.
Has anyone seen/met him lately? I've seen pictures of him in DCA but that was in 09

I think he's sometimes at character meals from what I have read from people's TRs....but I personally haven't seen him since I was like 10 years old!

The only time I have seen Max is at the Minnie & Friends Breakfast. I saw him there twice back in 2009.

We have seen Max at Goofy's Kitchen a few times. We have also seen Max in DCA, but I'm not really sure what the current status of Meet-and-Greets is there with all the construction.
