Where can I find info on OKW?

I really don't know much about any of the DVC properties, but have a 2 bedroom on a 14 day hold and would like to get more info on this type of accomodation.

Do they have 2 full baths and 2 full bedrooms in addition to a sitting area and full kitchen? What is a good area to request? One in our party is fairly limited in mobility. Thanks!!

Here's the map:

OKW has the largest accommodations of the DVC resorts. Your 2 bedroom will have a full kitchen with full sized appliances, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, a King master bedroom and a master bath with Jacuzzi, pedistal sink and full closet in one room and a shower and vanity and toilet in the other. The living room is HUGE and is open to the kitchen with the TV in the kitchen island. There is a queen sized sleep sofa, a love seat, a coffee table, and a lounge chair and ottoman. There is a large round dining table with four chairs and a stoarage cabinet and counter near that. The huge balcony has another table and 4 chairs and a lighted ceiling fan with access to the balcony from both the master bedroom and the living room. The second bedroom will have 2 queen beds plus a large closet and counter/sink area and a large bathroom with tub/shower combination and toilet. If the unit is a dedicated 2 bedroom, it will also have a huge walk in closet on the other side of the room.

If you are planning on having someone sleep in the living room, be sure to request building 30 or higher to have the extra door into the toilet/shower area of the master bath. If you are in buildings 11-29, you will NOT have this door, and the person using the living room must enter the bathroom through the master bedroom (not convenient).

make sure that II and DVC knows of your family member limited mobility

most of OKW has steps - no elevators

only 3 building 62, 63, and 64 have elevators.

you don't want to arrive and find yourself on the 3rd floor with no steps.

so make SURE that II and DVC know.

I've looked at the map and also learned about the preferred bldgs from looking at ALLEARSNET. If a request is made for a 1st floor preferred, or a villa in 62, 63 or 64, how likely is it that such a request will be honored?

Since we are not DVC and I am booking through CRO, how likely is it that our request will be honored? Unlike a request for a certain view or far from the ice machine, this is not the kind of request we can take our chances will be honored.
