Where can I find DVC merchandise?

How do you find and purchase DVC merchandise if you are not in Orlando? Thanks for any help!

DVC's website indicates you can send them an e-mail to order merchandise. Never have done it, so I don't know if it works or not.

I have, however, called directly to WDW and had something I saw in the OKW store sent to me.
