Where can I find a simple, professional-looking Website builder?

I need to make a decent looking Website for someone. I have an old version of FrontPage which has dated looking themes and Dreamweaver which I don't know much about.

Is there an online or inexpensive Website builder that is simple yet gives professional looking pages? I'd prefer one with templates/themes so I can basically plug in my info.

If you have a Mac, RapidWeaver is the way to go! The themes range from the awful to the most awesome you could imagine! It works like Microsoft Word but more flexible - basically what you see is what you get Sandvox is also pretty neat! I think there are Windows equivalents but for the life of me I can't think what they are...

I use Weebly for my site. Lots of templates to choose from and the interface is drag and drop so even people like me who know no HTML can build a nice-looking site. I use the free version, but they also have plans.
