Where can I find a decent work-at-home job?

When I go to Google and type in "Work At Home", it seems like all it brings up are jobs that sound fun, but require an investment before I even start. Are all work-at-home jobs this way? I don't want to have to pay somebody to work for them..that just sounds silly to me.

Anybody got any advice on finding a good work-at-home job that is both profitable for me and something I don't have to pay to start up with?

eBay!

You can sell ANYTHING in your house, find cheapie stuff at yard sales...I know people who do this for a living!

Most of those ads you see are scams. Aside from self-employment or free-lance work, the best way to get a legitimate work-at-home job is to find a job doing whatever it is you would like to do from home and then, after you have proven that you are competent and responsible (and indispensable!), negotiate with your boss to allow you to telecommute on a either a part-time or full-time basis. That is what I did and I now work at home full-time and I absolutely love it. :D

Hiya! I am starting next week to work at home ... YEA!!!! I will be sooooooooo happy! Just in time to get prepared for our new baby!

I have been working for almost 10 yrs as a travel agent ... so, I am lucky enough to have a career that I can switch to work from home instead of going into the office.

My company has several "outside" agents who all work from home.

Good luck with whatever you decide!
