Where can I activate vouchers?

I ordered our tickets directly from Disney...we got the FL Res 1 day hoppers with 2 pluses. Well they arrived and they are vouchers not tickets...I assume this is because they are FL Res tickets and you need to show proof.

Problem is, we are staying offsite and our first use of this ticket will be at Typhoon Lagoon. Can we activate it there? If not, can we activate it at DTD? Where and what are the hours there?

Not sure if they can be activated at Typhoon, but you can activate them at DTD the Guest relations on the Marketplace side is open from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday / 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday and the one on the Westside is open 9:30am to 11:45pm

You won't be able to activate them at Typhoon Lagoon, you will have to go to Downtown Disney to take care of it.

I'm glad I thought to ask this or we would have showed up at typhoon lagoon with our vouchers and been out of luck. Guess we'll make a stop at DTD on our arrival day.

FL Resident vouchers are actually exchanged for tickets, not really activated, and you can also do it at Guest Relations or the ticket booths outside of MK, AK, MGM, or Epcot if those are easier for you than DTD.
