Where are you dining on the 4th of July?

Soooo...where are dining on the 4th? We haven't made any PS's and maybe we may regret it. Counter service it will be then!

We're in the same boat - we'll be at MGM that day and we haven't made any PSs. We're just going to wing it.

You could always try and make one then cancel it that day if you think you won't make it.

and we figured it would be a good time to use it!

We'll be having lunch at San Angel Inn, and dinner at Nine Dragons! I've already made my PSs because these are restaurants we really want to eat at!! This is our third time visiting for the 4th of July holiday! I know it will be busy and I wanted to be sure we had a restaurant that the kids like as well as a decent time.

Lunch at Sci-Fi, dinner at Le Cellier. My niece went during Easter and they were turning away people at Sci-Fi saying they couldn't take walk-ins for lunch until after 3:00 pm.

you probably won't be able to use the Entertainment book on the 4th of July. They usually don't allow it on holidays. I'd call to check before you plan on it.

That said, we're going to the Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner and the Kona Cafe for dessert and fireworks after.

If I were in WDW I'd be at 'Ohana!

Chances are I'll be in the hospital delivering my baby...hospital food vs. 'Ohana? Oh well! There's always next year.

took your advice....made PSs for 6:55 p.m. at Crystal Palace. This should give us plenty of time to eat and see fireworks that I believe are scheduled for 9 pm. Feel much better now.

I think if you want to cancel a PS made for a major holiday, you have to do it 48 hours ahead of time to avoid a no-show charge.

I don't believe Disney restaurants are requiring credit cards for July 4 dining, except for the California Grill event. We weren't asked for one when we made our PSs, and I've heard that a lot of other people haven't had to give one, either.

Also, airhead, good luck with the Entertainment card. I checked the website and July 4 isn't specifically listed, but you never know.

No parks on the 4th for us. We're planning lunch at ESPN so we can watch some Sunday baseball and then we'll be hanging out at the grotto pool at the Dolphin and in the Boardwalk area for the rest of the day/evening.

We have PS for the Princess Storybook breakfast on July 4th at 8:30 and we had to give a credit card number and were told we had to cancel within 48 hours for it to not be a no show.

I have Breakfast at Cindys on the 4th and for dinner we have PS at Liberty Tree Tavern!! Also, we were told and so was my Dreams unlimited agent that we needed a cc to book our ps on the 4th but when I made her recheck the cm gave her the wrong info so we booked liberty tree Tavern for that night and cant wait for the magic
