Where are the most water rides?

We're heading down tomorrow and going to Universal and IOA for the first time! It looks like we will have one day that is much warmer than the others, so I hope to hit the most rides where we'll get wet that day. Does Universal or IOA have more wet rides? Thanks!

Also, does anyone have a suggestions as to what time we should leave Windsor Hills to get to Universal for opening at 9? I was thinking of leaving at 8. Thanks again!

The water rides are located at IOA. From Windsor Hills, I would leave around 7:45am or so and no later than 8am.
