Now the voucher thing is up for debate. Some people say that you the CM's have never asked for anything upon checking-in, some people have only had to produce a voucher(this is an AP that has NOT been activated), & others had to show a valid, activated AP. With a voucher, I believe, the year doesn't start until it is activated. I'm sure peolpe here can let us know if this is correct.
Help me out guys, am I either missing, or misstating anything?
I think you just about covered it, I've heard all the above things you have. In our personal experience, I was told that we could use a voucher as proof, but that we would need to return to the check-in desk and show the ap after we picked them up. I waited too long to have them mailed to me so I had them hold the ap's at the will call window.
When we got there, I had intended to go to a park and pick them up, but I was really tired. All I had for proof of ap's was a confirmation number. I decided to give checking in a shot and see if they'd accept the confirmation number.
As it turned out, they asked for nothing. In fact, I don't think the CM even knew what the discount code on our reservation meant, because she asked me if we needed to buy park passes while we were checking in. I said no, we already had them. I expected them to ask, but they never did.
If I had it to do over again, I'd at least order them in time to have the vouchers, but I have no doubt that the voucher is all you would need.
