Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

For those saying some things are coming back at different times, I am missing every single reservation I made before the system "enhancement" - that includes:

Non-character:
Sci-Fi
Raglan Road
Le Cellier x 2 (one lunch, one dinner)
Coral Reef

Character meals:
Crystal Palace
Chef Mickey's
Akershus
Tusker House
1900 Park Fare
CRT (they were able to find this one with my confirmation number)

I'm still not going to call, but I can't understand how none of those are showing if the database were, as others have suggested, becoming accessible/searchable a location at a time with character meals as a higher priority. I would think at least one or more of those character meals would have made an appearance by now. Heck, they've only been missing two days now, right? I'm just hoping for some news before the NEXT "update" in four days. [/QUOTE


Well I said I wasn't going to look, but I did. Like you, none of my show up on the website now.

I have 30 ADRS! No character meals. Glad I cut and pasted the pages from the website prior to the outage. I have the numbers recorded also. Our next trip is in TWO weeks. My ADRs are for my November and January trips.

Half of mine showed up last night and this morning they are all gone. I have all the emails but they could just claim I canceled them. Guess I'll wait until the 20th and then take it from there.

Still Missing: Le' Cellier, Sci-Fi, La Hacienda, Via Napoli, & our Phantasmic dinner.

Absolutely none of mine appear online for my trip next week or for my December trip either. However, I did notice they placed a notice on the Disney World reservation site at least a couple of days before it went down earlier in the week and I made a list of my reservations before it went down.

I would prefer to make modifications online and to see them there, but if it's not going to happen, that's the way it is. I'm sure the reservations still exist in their system, though.

Thanks for all of the info. This is really frustrating. I also have saved the emails but have not printed them. We arrive for a short trip beginning 11/11.
Currently Biergarten, Tusker House, Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern show up.
I am missing Via Napoli, 50's Prime Time, Coral Reef, Nine Dragons. I will need to cancel some of these if and when they show back up!
My question is, does a handwritten confirmation number suffice, or should i print all the emails with these confirmation numbers to take with me?
Prior to this trip I always called WDW to make reservations. This is my first time doing it online.

I have nine and none are showing up either but I knew I was ok because there were not any new openings when I did a search. I called and they have all of them in the system. They said it may be 10/20 before they are all back up online. I would print the papers so the are *official* before leaving even if they do come back up. They could always leave again later...

I just came over to post this same question , but I am about two days late. I dont have any of my confirmation numbers or those emails. IDK what to do. The only ressie that is showing up is my Cali Grille. At least I do have the restaurants and times save in my BlackBerry

I made two ADRs yesterday online - those are the only ones showing up for me - the roughly 15 ADRs I made back in May are still missing. I have the confirmation #s - as I printed it off before the upgrade - but I do not have all the emails.

As a previous post mentioned - if our ADRs were truly wiped out there would be more availability. I've been watching the reservation system hoping to change something for a certain night - and there is very limited availability anywhere. So it makes sense that the reservations are still in place - even if we can not pull them up.

I am crossing fingers that we all have visual confirmation soon. As it is comforting to see them.

I'm having a problem with a new booking. They're showing that the CRT is available, but when they went to submit it only my Crystal Palace one went throught with my BBB appointment. I'm new to the thread and was wondering if BBB shows up under reservations. Also do I call back about my CRT reservation and be on hold again?!?

Only 3 out of 6 of my ADRs are showing. Since I have all the email confirmations, I'm just going to be patient until the problem's resolved. Not gonna panic!

I called all are there! I know it may slow the CMs down a bit but if you work on the dining line I think checking ressies is part of your job! So she seemed like she has had a few calls about this so she knew exactly what answers I wanted! She confirmed all were there! She told me itll be back up by the end of the month! Im glad I called it gives me some relief! I think if your stressed out about it like I was call so you can relax a bit! Good luck all!!

All of my reservations were listed except one and I thought for sure it was cancelled! I was assured that with a big heap of pixie dust the system will be back up and running smoothly soon! haha

Yes, because their system is glitchy atm. Doesn't mean your reservation is gone.

Kinda hard to cancel or make any changes though when they can't find any of them.

And especially since they suggested to double book.

Not going to panic to much yet - I see a few of them I have for our January trip. But the ones I have for Friday this week and the week after are not showing up. If they don't show up in the next couple of days I will go ahead and verify that they are still "there".

OK.. I have not called because I was going to wait for the systems to be back up but that makes me a bit nervous.
