Just checked my ressies for my trip which begins in 2 days and all my ressies are gone except 2. I had 8 ressies and was always able to access them. Now there are only 2. Not sure if I have the e-mails, don't have the ressie numbers written down because I was always changing them. Oh Great!

All of mine are gone but 4. I tried retrieving them and it said they could not be found (I had the numbers in my email). So, I'm a little frustrated.

Went to check mine last night as we are 30 days out from our trip and mine are all gone but 1 I am totally freaking out, are they still there, I take it this has to do with the new system.

Well it's morning now and only 3 of my 7 for NEXT WEEK are showing. I sure hope it gets fixed!!!

Same here! only 1 of my 8 are showing up now! I am also leaving in 2 days, I feel your pain! I made all of the reservations months ago by the way.

I won't even check mine because I've got ADRs for a 12 day trip in November and a 17 day trip in January. Before the upgrade I went to the website and cut and pasted the entire list to a word document just in case they disappeared. Hopefully this gets worked out. We leave at the end of the month and are parties of 10.

I just don't need something like this to stress me out. Planning a trip for a part of 10 with 3 parties traveling a different times (flying in and out on different days), is becoming a pain in the butt.

Okay so only 2 of my 10 ADR's are showing up this morning...and they are the two I made last night!
UGH! I hope they get this straightened out soon

Just checked - no ADRs listed - can't pull them up by confirmation # either. Grrr!! It would be helpful if Disney posted a message saying they were having problems. The way it is now, it seems like you lost all your ADRs and you need to call.

It pulled up all of mine this morning - EXCEPT Le Cellier! That was our only must-do restaurant. If that reservation is lost forever I will be so disappointed.

I think this is just a part of the maintainence they are doing. I looked at the available reservations for my trip (Oct. 27-30) and there is barely anything available. If the ADRs were erased, then the time slots would have opened up again. The ressies are in there somewhere, even though I cant even pull them up by res#. Just hang in there.

OMG! My Le Cellier ressie on my arrival day is GONE! And it says 30 minute wait on the phone!!!! Some "system upgrade."

The system is only pulling up 3 out of the 8 ressies that I made online. Hopefully by the end of the day Disney will have everything straightened out. Nobody panic yet!

I did all of my ADRs the day they took the system down. This morning, only 3 of 5 showed up. I have all of the confirmation numbers, but the other 2 still wouldn't pull up in the system. I just called and they had them all. For those who may not have their confirmation emails anymore and are worried, they didn't ask for my confirmation numbers. Just phone number, zip code, etc. I echo what others have said - I think this is a glitch in the system related to the upgrade and we shouldn't be too worried. But if you're concerned, call them and they can check.

Half of mine are gone! I am soooo upset. They had better fix this!!! My Le Cellier is gone!!!!

I called this morning regarding the above. I was told the system wasn't completly up yet and not to not worry. They double checked my ressies and they were all there. Apparently it will take a few more days before everything is up and running perfectly

4 of my 8 reservations are there.

I still show Ohana. However, my 2 LeCellier suppers, Coral Reef & Fulton's Crab House aren't showing. I sure hope they are still there somewhere but I have conf. #'s just in case.

i have the same problem as all else. although my 8 missing are all from epcot restaurants. anyone else see only the epcot ones missing

None of mine are there for our November trip. We have ones for California Grill, Le Cellier and LTT for one of the MVMCP nights.

Hope they get this fixed soon.

I have 11 reservations and 10 are showing up now. Which is an improvement from the 7 when I checked earlier this morning.

It would appear the database is being re-indexed, or otherwise refreshed. It is more than likely a massive file and as they are still allowing new reservations to come in as well as display the old ones... well it is a low priority background task that probably takes hours (if not days) to complete.

I would imagine everything will be cleared up by evening. My reservations aren't showing up by date or confirmation number ordering, so if you see a gap in your reservations they weren't skipped. Databases that large save data in a way that is efficient for the computer to retrieve info, not what makes sense to us.
