When's a good time to request?

Our vacation is booked for late October. We're staying at Coronado Springs. When would be a good time to call the reservation line to request which area of the resort we want? We want to stay at the Cabanas and dind't know whether to call now, closer to the stay, etc. Is it better to call the reservation line or the resort directly?

I make the request at the time of reservation. I have read that the actual resort does not receive the info until 3 weeks prior. So during 3 week period call or fax directly to the resort.

Call the 407 number today, they will note it on your reservation and your hotel will recieve it with your ressie! Good luck!

We always make our requests right away. But a week or so before we leave and then again the day before we check to make sure they still have them in the computer.

They will tell you that nothing is garuanteed!!

Goof luck I am sure they'll try to accomidate you!!

Don't wait. Faxing ahead of time won't help. Just call now and have your requests noted on your reservation.
