We lost 2 contracts to Disney in the past 3 months and when a third came up my DH said "I am done signing contracts!" He signed anyway guess he knew better. Now I am a bit nervous it has been almost a week and sellers have yet to sign and send contract back - broker cannot get a hold of them!

We missed a BCV contract we wanted because we were at WDW and not checking internet every day. DH said that there should be some kind of cell phone alert when a contract comes in your resort and UY.

I agree! What I'd like is a 50-70 point resale so we could do the holidays there every third year. There was one today for 160 but that's more than we have to spend.
