When your favorite products are discontinued.....

Well mine is a small thing but still discontinued in my city. It is the live wire made by the Pepsi Corp. I have to drive about 30 minutes away to stock up and I am not over that way very much.

This is not my favorite product but it is my cats'. They love Fancy Feast meals that are in aspic. Our local Food Lion discontinued it and our WalMart never carried it. It's hard to make the cats understand.

It's getting to be a joke with Bath and Body, it happens to me there so often! It seems that whenever I like a fragrance it gets discontinued. I'm still not over my disappointment about Tangerine Spice.

That is so true. I used to love their peach nectar - they discontinued it. Then I started using pearberry - gone. I'm almost afraid to start liking another one because I'm sure it will be discontinued shortly thereafter.

This goes way back but there used to be some kind of seasoning you would add to tuna. It came in a pouch and you would mix it in. It was real good and the only way I would eat tuna sandwiches.

I just found Jubilee, after being told it didn't exist any more...I ordered a few cans for my neighbor too who swears the stuff is the best anti-rust agent for snowblowers! Hope they are here in a few days to suprise him!!

BBW discontinued my favorite - lemongrass sage, then they discontinued my replacement - white tea w/ ginger. It seems like they don't keep the light, citrusy scents around very long. I'm surprised to see plumeria discontinued because that seems to be all I can find at ours!

I remember when the Wyler's soup starters came out, and I know it's been at least 25 years ago, because I still lived at home. I guess I'm a little surprised they stayed around this long, since fewer and fewer people are making soup at home anymore. It was good though!

I used to eat Chocolate Cream of Wheat cereal when I was younger, but they discontinued that, too. I loved that stuff!

I probably sound like a loon, but here goes my rant....a few months ago, I found out that a product my DH and I love called Wyler's Soup Starter/Beef Stew has been discontinued. That stuff was awesome!!! I sent a few emails to Heinz, who owns Wyler's, but naturally got no reply.

I can still get this at my grocery store! I actually just "found" them and love the beef vegetable.


I can no longer find Chicken Tonight Sweet and Sour Chicken! My whole family loved the stuff.

Darn, I have been to every supermarket in Philly and South Jersey....no one has it! It is a great product, especially used in the crock pot. You're so lucky!!!!!!!!

Now I just found out that the only eye makeup remover that doesn't burn my eyes - Suave Water Rinseable Cold Cream - has been discontinued.

It makes me crazy . I hate it when you find a product that you love, and they discontinue it!!!

This is so weird because I was just out grocery shopping and found this in the soup aisle!! I bought the Chicken Noodle and the Beef Stew one because of your high raves over it! I had never even heard of it before seeing this post this morning!! LOL That brings up another thing...didn't Snoopy post today about the DIS inspiring people to try things?? LOL

I read through all the posts and didn't see that anyone suggested this,but try "hometownfavorites.com" alot of what you all are looking for may have just been regionalized-meaning they moved the products to only one part of the country..if it is available-they will get it.they also have a list of the things that really are not made anymore-(so stop looking..lol)My biggy was banana cake mix-can't find it here??..they are great to deal with-very reliable, I've ordered from them many times.
