My biggest thing is when a restaurant takes an item off the menu "just because". I LOVED the Fiesta Vida Salad at McDonalds with the spicy dressing. 1st they got rid of the dressing as it wasn't "Paul Newman" and they couldn't serve any other dressing but his. OK, I just went to the store and bought my own and took it to work for when I got one of the salads. THEN they removed the entire salad! Oh, was I streamed!!!! I boycotted McDonalds for months after that... in fact, haven't been back, since!
