What was your room number?

What view did you have?
(standard, woods, courtyard)

What were the bed arrangements?
(queens, King, bunks)

Smoking or Non-smoking?

What did you especially like about the location of the room?

*This is just a little survey!:wave2:

Don't remember the room numbers. Both were on the 1st floor one time woods view-so quiet and peaceful but we could also see the water pageant from our room. It was so cool and very quiet. The 2nd time we were supposed to be standard view and they upgraded us to pool or courtyard view. Again 1st floor and very nice with 5 kids in tow to be able to walk back from pool through the sliders! All 3 rooms were non-smoking and the trip with the kids were adjoining rooms which we kept the doors in between opened with 2 queen beds in each. Our alone trip was with a king bed. We love the WL and hope this helps you out.

We had rooms 4077 and 4075, courtyard view, nonsmoking, 2 queens. We were part of the bear face I guess you could say. We were right off the lobby and right above where the water flows out of the lobby toward the pool. I loved the location and we had no problem with noise from the lobby or pool.

IM not sure of the room number....6025 maybe.

We were on the top floor with a woods view, with a view of the MK fireworks! We had a queen and bunk beds.

We loved the room!

We have run the gamut of rooms at the WL, all non-smoking. My personal favorite was a 5th floor room, close to the lake, with a great view of the MK's fireworks. My least favorite was the "woods view" of the then-being-built WL Villas. :)

Hi! We were on the 7th floor, concierge level, room 7084, which was one of the honeymoon rooms. We had a jacuzzi tub, a private balcony (so other people on their balconies couldn't see us), and a beautiful view of the MK fireworks.
Cheers!

Don't remember the room number, but we had a first floor woods view, non smoking. We would have rather been up higher, rather than down in the trees where we couldn't see anything, but we didn't really use the balcony that much anyway.

We had a bunkbed room, which my kids loved. Maybe it was just me, but those beds were the hardest I have ever slept on! I LOVED staying at WL, but the rooms just aren't that impressive. I definitely want to stay there again though. I love the theming of the resort and its location to MK. And it is close to my all-time favorite--the Hoop Dee Doo Revue!

Room 5014

Overlooked the otter pond on the north side...could see the castle at night and the canal that goes between the Contemporary and WL...GREAT room...also could see the boat parade at night.
Two beds, no bunks. Close to the elevator ( which I like) but not close enough to hear it all night

5138

Queen beds, not far from the elevators, very quiet

I paid for a courtyard view & this room over looked the villa's and quiet pool. It was a lovely room, but I do not think it was worth the courtyard price.

open balcony

non smoking

Room 5117 and 5119

Courtyard (we were upgraded from standard)
Non-smoking
5117 - 1Q/bunkbed
5119 - 2Q
View of the stream and plants. If you looked out over the balcony to your right you could see the pool. Room 5119 had a little better view of the pool.

Great Job and thanks all! Keep those reviews and info coming! ::yes::

I remember little about our stay @ WL (in 1997).

Here are the FEW details I do recall.....

The view overlooked the trash bins. I was at first taken aback, but figured we wouldn't be there (in room) much except to sleep. We were on roughly the third floor.
We were expecting our now oldest DS (DS5). In fact, we had just found out we were expecting about 3 or 4 days before our trip, so the trip (in reality) was the last thing on my mind.

Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance, but hey, I'm a male.

Our first stay on property was at the WL this past Feb. We loved it so much that three weeks after we returned, I made our ressies for next Feb back at the Lodge!!

We were in room 5061.

We had a inner courtyard view. We were delighted by a free upgrade. We had booked a standard view and we didn't even know we were upgraded until we entered our room!!

We had one queen bed and a set of bunk beds.

It was a non-smoking room.

We liked everything!! However, we have nothing else to compare it with. We were right around the corner from the ice machine and the elevators which made it very nice as we have a 2 year old who still rides in the stroller.

Can't wait to get back to the Lodge!! Hope those codes come out soon!!!

:wave2: See you all There!!!

We too had bunk beds on our last stay at WL. I loved having bunks because it gave us more walking space. We were located around the corner from the rear north corridor Elevators(Roaring Forks). Our room # was 6049 Courtyard view room with a great view of the falls and a partial view of the pool!

DH and I have been lucky enough to stay at WL twice.

The first time we were in the villa's in a one bedroom. We were on the fifth floor, closest to the elevator. Our patios looked out toward the bus station. At night, we could see the GF lights. The master bedroom had a king size bed with a jacuzzi type tub in the bathroom. There was a pull out queen size in the living room. They also had a washer/dryer in the room, which I loved! Not to mention the full size kitchen. Non-smoking

The second time, we were upgrade to conceirge. It was wonderful. Our patio over looked the villas and to our left was the quiet pool. It was a king size bed again. I can't remember if there was a pull out couch or not. What's not to love about conceirge!

We stayed in 4082 - woods view - queen/bunkbed - nonsmoking - room in lobby area - enclosed balcony (solid wall)

***At the end of the hall so quiet, on the North wing near the stairs and a short walk to the pool and boat launch - of course these +++ automatically mean far from the lobby....

Room 1156

Early October, 2003 (just got back)

First floor, opposite the vilas pool. Just steps away from the pool!

1Q, bunk

Great location! Quiet too.

January 2003, we were on the 6th floor, #6120 facing the Wilderness Lodge Villas/woods view.

We had a non-smoking bunkbed room (at our request) and one queen size bed. It was a very convenient and quiet location being an end unit on that particular wing.

Oh...and we had a nice sized open rail balcony.
