Been looking at my fitday numbers, getting my nutrients, sodium is high, fat is ok. Started going from 1200 calories to 1500 to 2000 and now Ive had a few days that are starting to get over 2000 calories! The scale is still ok but I feel that if I keep this up I'll be in trouble. So its time to cut back again, start drinking my water allotment, etc
