When you booked your FTP did you receive paperwork from DTcompany?

The deadline is approaching and a friend has not received paperwork from the travel company to confirm their trip. Did all of you receive paperwork similiar to CRO paperwork? Thanks!

When I booked she said it would take about two weeks to receive.

it took about 2 weeks to get paper work- i go 7/16 and got my paper work 6/21

it also came with WDW luggage tags for all members of my party.

i would call to find out- better safe then sorry!!

I booked last week and received my reservation paperwork yesterday. We will be there August 16 to the 23rd.

I booked the middle of last week and got my paperwork yesterday. I then called to change my travel dates this morning and was told that they would issue the new confirmation today. I suspect that I will have them by this Saturday.
