Ahhh...to get Disney mail. I remember back in '08 when we got our ME stuff...I was like a kid on Christmas morning. lol

I love your retail therapy! It's really the best kind. I finally broke down and bought a new pair of sneakers tonight at Academy. Nothing great but I hope to have them worn in before we leave. No mail for me yet, but then again I'll get there a week after ya'll.

getting the disney mail makes it seem more official...it's like permission to get super excited.

Sales always mean you save money. Just think of the joy on Cherie's face, and it will be all worth it!

I could really use some of that right now. I swear, it doesn't matter how much or how little we make. The first 2 weeks of January (well really, the whole month) are the brokest time of the year. BLEH! I could never do a January vacation!!!!!!!!

I've noticed that too...I always swear I won't spend so much durring the holidays but that never happens.

I am so glad I am not the only one -- January is the WORST month for us all year long! I have to spend all four weeks of it saying to myself, "You are not as poor and destitute as you think you are. You are blessed to have a home and all the bills paid. You will have spending money again. Only 16 days until payday." Those are the kinds of pep talks I have to give myself in January.

I could never teach middle school! Just knowing how annoying my own kids at that age can be, I can't imagine an entire class room of them.

Sometimes it surprises me that middle schoolers who are usually twice my height actually listen to me and regard me as an authority figure.
