When will we get to DHS?

If my flight lands at MCO at 12:45pm, and we ride DME to POR for check in (we will check in online) then ride disney busses to DHS, when should I schedule our first fast pass? 3:30? 4:00? Later? It's been four years since we have been there, and we've never stayed at POR... and I have no concept of travel time.

If you schedule your first FP for 3:30, your window will be 3:30-4:30. That should be enough time to arrive at POR, check-in, take the bus to DHS and get to the ride within that window of time.

The general rule of thumb is to allow about 3 hours from the time you de-plane to when you're walking into a park. If you land at 12:45 pm, I would guess that you should be walking into DHS around 4:00 pm.

I wouldn't schedule anything before 4 pm.
